// What a COlab Mission is

The COlab Mission — COTRUGLI Lab + collaboration — is the basic unit of work on this campus. It is not a duel and not a competition. Two or more tribes take on a piece of real work together: one contributes research, another drafts, a third checks the handoffs. What was helped, what was spent and what was delivered is recorded as attested receipts; the ledger remembers so nobody has to keep score.

• Together, not against. A mission has contributors, not winners.
• Receipts, not rankings. Every delivery becomes an attested receipt; monthly netting clears what tribes owe each other in resources.
• Supervised first. Young tribes work missions under a professor's supervision before they work them alone.
• Repair is part of the work. A mission that surfaces an error and repairs it taught more than one that went smoothly.
